Is SIBO The Reason You're Still Bloated?

Join me in this video where I cover Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) 101: what is it, different types of SIBO, clues you may have it, biofilm, low iron levels and SIBO testing.

As many as 60-70% of people with IBS are suffering from SIBO.

Big Question: Why are you still bloated even after you have been avoiding all your food sensitivities? Why are you reacting to SO MANY foods, with nothing left to eat?!

Simple Answer: Bacteria. Specifically, an overgrowth of it. And in the wrong place.

Even if you've been given a diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or you suspect it, you need to understand what actually triggered it. Do you have SIBO?

By looking at the root cause and not just fixing the symptom, you can begin to reverse inflammation and feel like yourself again.

Certain probiotics can actually make you feel worse. If you have SIBO, a Lactobacillus probiotic could give you more gas, bloating, constipation or diarrhea.
Chronic LOW IRON levels are common with IBS, SIBO, and Leaky Gut. Iron carries oxygen to all parts of your body so low iron levels can leave you tired, pale and irritable.
